How do you Know When to Upgrade your Vape Gear?

Like any other tech field that starts to reach the point of maturity, vape gear has begun to improve a bit more slowly from one generation to the next. The differences between product generations have become a bit smaller. Sometimes, it’s okay to skip a generation because the latest devices that your favorite vape manufacturers are making aren’t all that different from what you’re already using.

After you’ve skipped a product generation or two, though, you may begin to feel like your current vaping setup is starting to get a little long in the tooth. You might look at the latest products and see that they differ considerably in appearance from what you’re currently using or that they have features your current hardware lacks. That’s a sign that it might be time for you to upgrade your vape gear.

Are you overdue for the best online vape kit? These are some of the sure signs that it’s time for an upgrade.

1. Vaping Somehow Feels Less Satisfying

The biggest and most obvious way to tell that it’s time to upgrade your vaping equipment is because vaping simply doesn’t feel as satisfying as it once did. If you’ve been vaping for a long time, it’s unlikely that you’re seriously considering buying cigarettes – but you should be so happy with your vaping deals experience that the thought of using tobacco never even crossed your mind. If you’re not getting that level of satisfaction, something’s wrong. Maybe it’s that you need to try a new e-liquid flavor, or maybe it’s time for you to upgrade your vaping device.

2. Your Tank Coils Have Suddenly Become Very Inexpensive

A vape tank has a short shelf life. Some vaping supplies manufacturers continue producing their most popular tanks for years, but other tanks end up getting discontinued after a year or two. The manufacturers really have no reason to force people to buy every new tank; coils are more profitable. As soon as a particular tank falls in popularity so much that the coils are no longer beneficial to produce, the manufacturer will stop making them.

It’s highly probable that the manufacturer has stopped those coils and that retailers are now clearing out the rest of their assets at clearance prices. This would be an excellent time to stock up, of course, but it’s probably also wise to begin thinking about getting a new tank.

3. You Have a Fixed-Battery Mod, and the Battery Life is Terrible

Regarding vape gear with a limited life, almost nothing in vaping is finite than a vape mod with a built-in battery. After some hundred charge cycles, the capacity of a lithium-ion battery will decline permanently, and if you charge your mod once or twice a day, you’ll be fortunate to get even a year of use out of it.

Unless you appear to be handy with a soldering iron, there’s really nothing you can do but change a device with a built-in battery if the battery no longer holds a substantial charge.

4. You Want to Buy a New Tank, but Your Mod Can’t Reach the Correct Wattage

Do you know what’s really not fun in vaping? What’s not fun is wanting to try all of the latest toys and knowing that you can’t because your mod can’t handle them. If your mod can’t deliver the wattage required to use a tank that you want to buy, it’s time for an upgrade.

It was only recently that the manufacturers in the vaping industry eventually solved the problem of firing delays and long ramp-up times with cheap vape mods

5. Your Tank Doesn’t Have Mesh Coils Available

The one specific sign that your vape tank has reached the end of the road is that mesh coils aren’t available for it. If you haven’t been following the latest incidents in the vaping industry, you may not know a great deal about the advantages of mesh coils.

In fact, mesh coils are so popular that many of the manufacturers in the vaping industry have begun making mesh coils for nearly all of their tanks that are still in production. Even if the tank that you’re using is a couple of years old, there’s a great chance that you can now buy mesh coils for it. You will be delighted to have decided to upgrade your tank.
